The school gives equal importance to literary and cultural activites (co-curricular activities) and work experience activities.

a) Teaching/ Learning Process

The academic activities in the school will be "Learning centre" instead of "Rote Learning" .The class room activities will lay stress on participation and arousing curiosity of the students. The students will be encouraged to learn instead of just studying. Diagnostic evaluation and remedial teaching will be done to ensure academic excellence. The basic aim of the teaching-learning process will be to ensure that the students are able to grasp the fundamentals of all subjects and apply this knowledge wherever and whenever necessary.

To ensure academic excellence school has formed all subject committees headed by experts in respective subjects. Entire learning content given to students is thoroughly reviewed by respective subjects heads.

Computer assisted learning programmes and modern educational technology (e-learning) is used to make teaching more effective and hence ensuring a higher degree of assimilation. Group learning, peer teaching will be encouraged to make learning process a matter of joy.

b) Laboratories

The school has well equipped spacious laboratory to support the class room teaching. Beside the normal science subject laboratory the school will have a Mathematics and a Language Lab to reinforce the teaching of these subjects. A modern computer lab is established to ensure proper computer literacy and also computer assisted learning.

c) Library

The school has a well stocked library and a reading-room. A number of reference books, text-books, books on general subjects covering a wide variety of topics and novels will be available in the library. In the reading-room a number of newspapers and magazines in Marathi, Hindi and English will be made available. The trained library staff will help the students in developing their library and reading habits. The concept of moving library and class library to inculcate the value of reading is introduced.
